All prices include VAT at the 2011 rate of 20%, but a 10% service charge is to be added to all food and beverages
Provisional bookings will be held for 1 calendar month and then released unless,
1. A letter of confirmation is received
2. A function contract is signed
3. A deposit of £950.00 is paid
All correspondence must be acknowledged by the hotel.
All deposits are non-returnable
A second deposit of £2000.00 is due 6 months before the event.
Estimated balance must be settled 1 month before the date of the function
The function bar will close at 12.30am and all entertainment must finish no later than 1am. Once all non - residents have left the premises, residents may have drinks served to them in the lounge area.
Final numbers must be submitted no later than 1 week before the date of the function.
Unfortunately the hotel does not allow any kind of confetti within the hotel including table confetti, only. Bio-degradable can be used outside on the lawns.

Civil ceremonies indoors - £335.00
Outdoor in the garden room on the front lawn - £495.00
Drapes to Dress the Garden Room - £100.00
When booking the garden room we will also set up indoors in the event of unpredictable weather
