We look forward to welcoming you for your Christmas party/event, but please do read the following terms and conditions carefully.
It is really important to us to ensure that we can keep things running smoothly for the enjoyment of all our customers. To enable us to do this and avoid any misunderstandings, we do have to emphasis the importance that you and your party do read and understand these terms and conditions. When making your Christmas booking, you agree to abide by these terms and conditions and this will ensure we avoid unnecessary disappointment during what should be a fun and festive time!

Do not attend the event if you are showing any of the symptoms relating to the corona virus
All current Covid-19 government guidelines must be followed. Please maintain a 2m gap between guests when moving about.
On arrival we kindly ask you to sanitize your hands and use the QR track and track login on arrival.
You should then proceed to your designated table, as indicated on the table plan at the main entrance. Once at you table we kindly ask you to remain seated unless you need a comfort break.
Please sanitize your hands before and after using the WC
If you are showing any symptoms of corona virus you will not be permitted to enter the venue, a refund would not be applicable in this situation
All events will end at present at 10 pm, so please arrange collection or transportation for this time.
All parties and meals must be paid in full in advance. No exceptions.
A deposit of £10 per person is required when making your booking, a booking cannot be confirmed unless a deposit is paid. In the event of local covid-19 restrictions resulting in the event having to be postponed or cancelled then your deposit less a £3 administration fee will be returned to you.
Full payment is required no later than 14 days before the party or meal date, the final balance payable is based on your booked numbers. If your numbers are less on the day, we regret that the extra paid will not be able to be refunded.
If your party or meal date is within 21 days of the day you book, full non-refundable payment will be required on booking.
We regret that no refunds can be given for deposits and payments received under any circumstances, apart from covid-19 restrictions in our locality. This includes adverse weather.
All pre-booked groups for our traditional Christmas menu are required to complete a food pre-order form which must be received along with the final numbers for your group no later than 14 days before the date of the party. Pre-orders must come in via the group organiser and not from individuals to minimise the margin for error. Please note, we cannot accommodate changes to pre-orders within 2 days of meal reservation dates.
Our maximum number on one table is usually 10 people – we will seat larger parties on adjacent tables to keep groups together where we can.
Food will be served promptly at the time you have booked for. If your party is not all present we cannot guarantee the food will be held for missing members. You may face a wait while we serve other groups.
You are very welcome to pre-order wines or drinks – please ask us for an up to date wine list and place your order at the same time as your food pre-order.
