Here’s our Christmas Party Format for 2023

We will be running our Group Gala Christmas Dinner and Dance Party nights in the Imperial Function suite.

These will be exclusive events for various groups to enjoy an evening of celebration in style.  Round tables will accommodate up to 12 guests per table (minimum 8 per table) and although our capacity is 180 guests we will be restricting numbers to  100-160 guest to ensure plenty of space, swift service, great food and enough space to Jive & Rock on the dance floor.

 

Smaller Parties

We also can cater for smaller private parties in the Manor house from  upto 60 guests, please ask for more details and prices

As numbers will be limited and we already have pre-launch bookings you will need to book quickly and pay a £20/head deposit to guarantee your place.  If  deposits are not paid in time then you may lose your provisional booking.

Menu pre- Order

We will require you to make a pre-order at least two weeks before the booking date, we can supply a spread sheet to assist with this.  We will then produce place cards for all your guests detailing their name and pre-order on the front of the place card to help them remember their order and to assist the team serving you.  We will request a table plan so we can put the place cards on the tables before your arrival.

The Ultimate Exclusive Private Party

You can hire the Imperial Suite or Moat Room to include a private lounge and bar for an exclusive private party if you wish, the menu will be as above but the price will depend on the number of guests attending.  Alternatively we can design a package to suit your requirements, From a winter BBQ, Asado Grill, Pizza party or any other idea you may have.
