The cost of the above menu is £29.50 per adult @ £18.50 per child – coffee @ £2.50.

Roasted celeriac & hazlenut soup.

Melon cocktail with raspberry sorbet.

Duck liver parfait with rustic bread & white grape chutney.

Hussey cured salmon with horseradish & lime.


To Follow

Roast sirloin of Shropshire beef, Yorkshire pudding & traditional red wine jus.

Braised lamb shank, root vegetables & rosemary jus.

Roast breast of chicken wrapped in Parma ham served with a white wine & garlic sauce.

Grilled stone bass fillet on fennel & orange.

Blue cheese, asparagus & red chard tartlet, pine nuts & leaf salad.
