A Warm Welcome

The Albright Hussey Manor located just three miles from the center of Shrewsbury in Shropshire.  Drive over the bridge spanning the original Tudor moat, up to the doors of the family owned and managed Albright Hussey Manor where you will receive a very warm welcome. The Subbiani family have maintained and developed the fortified Manor over the last 34 years to make it what it is today.  Franco and Vera Subbiani purchased the decaying Manor in 1988 and set about fully restoring it over the next two years, which was a challenge that at time seems near impossible, but Franco Subbiani originally from Subbiano in Tuscany refused to be beaten.  Paul Subbiani has been at the Helm for many years now ensuring that the high standards are maintained.

Set in the heart of the beautiful Shropshire countryside with four acres of beautifully landscaped gardens, our grade 2 star listed, classic moated manor house specializes in accommodation, private dining, conferences & exclusive events. Dating back to circa 1524 and listed in the Domesday book, the Manor encompasses a wealth of history whilst offering the highest standards of comfort, cuisine and service.
