Roasted rack of buttercross farm pork with apricot and sage stuffing.

Slow breaised lamb Henry, caramelised onion mash.

Treacle and mustard glazed topside of beef with Yorkshire pudding.

Ballotine of turkey with wild mushrooms, pancetta & Madeira cream.

Pan fried skate with a caper, bacon and butter sauce.

Butternut squash & Halloumi filo parcel with Provencal sauce.


Lemon & lavender syllabub.

Spotted dick with vanilla custard.
